Once your order is confirmed you will be issued with a master file number. This number can then be used to “View” your order at any time and obtain the current status and estimated delivery date.

Any communication between both parties will be recorded on our shipment tracking. You may add comments at any time that will immediately be updated on our files via broadband and our customer service representative will be alerted immediately to review your comments and respond as soon as possible. Our system is like a glass pipeline that allows you to follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping & Cost Calculations
The most asked question (understandably) by our guests is what will it cost to get our purchases back home to Australia.

Our management team includes a licensed Australian Customs Broker, based in Bali that has trained our tour guides to perform accurate calculations an any product you are considering purchasing and sending back to Australia. Our guide will perform the following during your tour:

• Calculate the Cubic Measurement. So that the freight costs can be determined
• Calculate the Duty and GST Payable on entry to Australia
• Advise our customers of any prohibitive imports that customs and for Australia quarantine & insped services will not allow entry into Australia

Our shipping rate to Australia is inclusive of all charges with the exception of the following:

• Customs Duty
• G.S.T
• Local Delivery to your home

Our quotation will however include these costs (shown separately) and these will be paid on your behalf on arrival of the shipment in Australia. “Local Delivery” may be arranged directly with our Customs Broker in Australia.

Insurance
Marine Insurance can be arranged on your behalf. The insurance cover is for loss or damage but does not include quality issues. All orders are securely packed and if required, Crated to meet Sea Worthly packing requirements.

Insurance is optional in fact over the last 7 years there have only been 2 small claims. Should you feel more comfortable taking out insurance our rates are as follows:

• Policy Fee : AUD 30.00 per shipment
• Insurance : 2.5% of the landed valve of the goods

Production Time
Production time is an average between 4 to 6 weeks. For all orders largeor small. On occasions, during the wet season in Java, orders may take a little longer to ensure the finishing of products is not affected by humidity. Our quality control team check orders at various stages of production which minimizes the possible of delays.

Delivery in Australia
All orders are shipped direct from Indonesia, the containers are customs cleared and unpacked in our customs brokers warehouse. On receipt of final payment you will be issued delivery order number, via email that is to be quoted to our customs Broker for the collection of cargo.

Customs & Quarantine Clearance in Australia
Our flat rate per Cibuc Metre includes customs & quarantine clearance in Australia. Some products may require special fumigation performed in Bali such as Ethelyne Oxide treatment for banana fibre furniture and alang-alang grass roofs for gazebos. All our shipments comply with the methyl bromide fumigation requirements of Australian quarantine. Should Ethelyne Oxide treatment be required this would be to the cost of the customer. We would advise you of these casts before any purchase was made in Bali.
